To better incentivize content creation and participation in the ZTalent ecosystem, I propose the following adjustments to the point system for writing and newsletter contributions:
Writing a full standalone article: Increase from the current points to 50 points. Writing a complete, standalone article requires substantial research, creativity, and effort, and the increased points will more fairly reflect the time and value of these contributions.
Writing for the weekly ZTalent newsletter: Assign 10 points per contribution. This encourages regular contributions to the newsletter, fostering continuous engagement and relevant updates for the community.
Editing the weekly ZTalent newsletter: Assign 10 points per editing role. Editing ensures the quality and professionalism of the newsletter, and it’s crucial to the overall presentation of ZTalent.
Publishing the weekly ZTalent newsletter: Assign 10 points for managing and executing the publishing process. Publishing requires coordination and consistency, ensuring the newsletter reaches the audience in a timely manner.
By adjusting the points as outlined above, we can better motivate contributors while supporting high-quality content and engagement within the ZTalent community.
