[ZSIP-01] Decide on Fee Tiers on the zkSwap Frontend

Summary

This proposal suggests to implement the following fee tiers on the zkSwap frontend to give liquidity providers maximum flexibility in adding their LP-Position:

• 1%
• 0.3 %
• 0.008% The fee tiers displayed on the frontend can be complemented and adjusted in the future.

Background and Motivation

ZkSwap is defining major protocol parameters through the input of $ZKSP holders. This will be the first of many votes to adjust crucial technical parameters for the zkSwap protocol.

Rationale

Being a community oriented DEX on zkSync Era, a proper voting setup for $ZKSP holders to decide about important technical parameters is crucial.
