We propose to move 5 final Pudgy Penguins to the marketing wallet. The rationale is this will provide us with liquidity if we need to move quickly, use for the relaunch party, solidify a deal w/ Chibi Labs and use for potential upcoming mints & WL's we have a chance to get on.
