Should we launch a 21 day zToad Giveaway?

Goal:

Decide whether or not to use DAO marketing funds (likely ~2 Eth) to launch a 21 day ZombieToad Twitter giveaway

Description:

This vote is per Pacmale's community voting proposal, however there are revisions. Should we vote to do the giveaway, we will: Give away 1 zToad daily to qualifying community members AND non-community members alike. In order to qualify, participating members will be required to like, comment, tag 2 friends, and retweet the tweet. They must follow ZombieToadz. In many, and up to most or all of the giveaway-related tweets on the ZombieToadz Twitter, there will be a piece of educational text about the DAO. This giveaway is intended to spread our reach, introduce new community members to the DAO, and create a higher level of awareness of ZombieToadz in the space. There will be no giveaway held that is exclusive to ZombieToadz holders, because our current understanding is that an action like this has potential to put us in hot water with OpenSea, via being in violation of (or coming quite close to violating) OS's terms of service. The intent is to steer as far away as possible from crossing the line of their TOS, while still rewarding and benefiting the community the best we can.
