Mods Be Mods

As members of the ZombieToadz DAO everyone has a vote. (that's not and will never change) However, certain functions make the mods trip over their toes as each decision requires a vote.

An excellent example of this is the decision to pay our attorney. It required voters to pass as we are a DAO, and yet passing was critical to the project.

This proposal is to allocate the power of moderation to the moderators of this discord server. This will allow the mods to perform day-to-day actions on or veto behalf of the DAO.

This change would add fuel to the productivity levels of each moderator in the project as they will then be free to work within their respective roles without first requiring the delay of voting on every little thing.
