Goal:

We are ZombieToadz... we should always want to buy Cryptoadz.. maybe! We want to align the DAO on the fact that we always want to be buying Cryptoadz and carve out a place for this purchase in our calendar.

This proposal does not prescribe the types of purchases we should be making (floor sweep, single rare, etc), simply whether we have the intent to constantly buy.

Description:

Currently when purchase proposals have been talked about, we are mixing the concepts of "diversification" and "doubling down on the project we are a derivative of". I think there is room for both types of purchases, and we can save a lot of conflict if we create a process for facilitating both.

We are proposing that we schedule a recurring Cryptoadz purchase(s) that happens each month. We should also make sure to reserve funds so that we can consistently make this purchase(s) happen. The ZombieToadz DAO will identify Cryptoadz(s) that we want to purchase, which can depend on:

• current wallet funds (purchase single floor, multiple floor, single rare, etc)
• time of year (maybe certain cryptoadz traits align with time)


We don’t want to be too prescriptive with this proposal because what we can buy & when we can buy it depends on things outside this proposal’s control like the market, DAO funds, etc. But we should at least at a high level all be aligned on whether we constantly want to be buying Cryptoadz or not.



Also FYI This proposal does not prohibit us from including Cryptoadz in the votes for any purchase (if we like Cryptoadz.... we like Cryptoadz!). HOWEVER, the recurring Cryptoadz purchases will only be Cryptoadz.

Voting Design:

Because 1 & 2 are different versions of the same option - if 3 garners more votes than either 1 or 2 individually, we will combine the votes of 1 & 2. If that number is greater than the votes for 3, then we will go with option 2, "Yes, commit to purchasing Cryptoadz once a month".
