Schedule Cryptoadz Purchase

We are ZombieToadz... we should always want to buy Cryptoadz.

Currently when purchase proposals have been talked about, we are mixing the concepts of "diversification" and "doubling down on the project we are a derivative of". I think there is room for both types of purchases, and we can save a lot of conflict if we create a process for facilitating both.

PROPOSAL: I am proposing that we schedule a monthly Cryptoadz purchase that happens at the beginning of each month. We should also make sure to reserve funds so that we can consistently make this purchase happen. The ZombieToadz DAO will identify Cryptoadz(s) that we want to purchase, which can depend on:

• current wallet funds (purchase single floor, multiple floor, single rare, etc)
• time of year (maybe certain cryptoadz traits align with time)

This proposal does not prohibit us from including Cryptoadz in the votes for any purchase (if we like Cryptoadz.... we like Cryptoadz!). HOWEVER, the monthly Cryptoadz purchases will only be Cryptoadz.
