Purchasing Sandbox plots for the Crypt

Sandbox is digital real estate within the Sandbox Metaverse in the form of a unique ERC-721 NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. We could use this digital space as a platform for future plans such as 3d Zombiez mentioned in Phase 4 of our roadmap 2.0. I have linked an article which is worth a read at the bottom of the proposal, we shall hold this vote to decide whether we should move forward towards purchasing Land and then subsequently hold future votes to decide the details on the potential purchase.

Some things to think about:

Purchasing land will demonstrate our focus on the roadmap and long term plans, it is not a pfp NFT and as such would diversify the Crypt's assets.

It would not be a small purchase, we can expect to spend at least 1 ETH on this however with the future of the Metaverse this could be a relatively good time to purchase.

Do you want to prioritise LAND now? We can revisit this in the future and remain purchasing other NFTs proposed for the meantime.

Options:

1. Do not purchase LAND and utilise our funds on other purchases

2. Purchase LAND, but have another vote on which plots, the size, and specifics of the purchase.
