What day of the week should we hold our weekly AMAs?

We will hold weekly AMA's to discuss what we are working on and address any questions the community may have. We would like to have the best attendance possible so we want to hear from the DAO.

In terms of timezone, we haven't settled on the time of day that works best for the team, but we will record the AMA for all who can't attend live.
