Marketing Committee

To establish a committee of representatives for Crypto Zombiez to work on marketing. This will be a working committee, we need people with skills in graphics, videos, etc.

Head mods will oversee and liaise with the committee

The marketing committee will be in charge of the funds previously approved to be used for marketing

The marketing committee will be able to make decisions about marketing and spending pre-approved funds for Crypto Zombiez but may ask Horde Members for opinions or poll ideas from time to time

All marketing ideas/proposals will go through the marketing committee for discussion rather than straight to a separate DAO proposal. We need to trust the people focusing on this area

The marketing committee will publish minutes for the horde to be appraised of activity and plans

Items that need to be voted on by the committee will be decided by majority vote, a quorum will be established

Processes for the marketing committee will be further established including but not limited to replacing members and addressing unique situations.
