Zunami DAO Vote Id:10 - Add FRAX as one of the main stablecoins for deposit and withdrawal in the Zunami Protocol.

FRAX Finance has been a reliable protocol for over two years, with a growing ecosystem and increasing capitalization. Recent developments, such as the abandonment of partial algorithmic backing, have further instilled confidence in its safety. The Zunami team believes that adding FRAX as an additional stablecoin for deposit can bring numerous benefits with minimal risk.

Actions:
- Deploy zunamiFraxConverter.sol
- Users will then be able to deposit FRAX, which will be converted to USDC by the converter and deposited in zunami.SOL. 
- In case of withdrawal, the converter will take ZLP and redeem it for USDC from Zunami, which will then be swapped to FRAX.
