Increase in the number of burnt cakes

It would be nice if the 0.01 and 0.05 tiers had the same cake burning percentage as 0.25 and 1 or at least 15%. In my opinion, this would significantly increase the number of cakes burned per week because 0.01 and 0.05 tiers make up 80-90% of the trading volume of v3.

Thanks to this, the number of tokens burned due to trading fees would increase by approximately 30-35%.
